Our patterns all come in PDF format and are available for instant download immediately after payment is received.
How to download your files:
After completing your payment in PayPal, you will be taken to a check out success page which will contain a download link. If you aren't returned automatically there should be a link you can click to return to the Art of Stitching site. You can then download the file, open it and print it out or upload it into an app that reads patterns like Pattern Keeper.
If you don't return to our site or if you need to download the file again, you may log into your account at any time to download your file(s). When clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page, you will see a your orders. Simply click on the view button and you will see the download(s). You will be able to download each pattern up to five times. If, for some reason, you need to download the file again after that just contact us and we will reset the order.
If you don't have a program installed that can read PDF files we've listed a couple of sites below where you can download one. Both of these programs are free.
If you are using Adobe Reader and have any problems opening the file, first check to make sure you have updated to the newest version. If that still doesn't work download the Foxit program. This program has been known to open files without any problems that Adobe Reader could not.
