Refunds

Once PDF files have been sent, there will be no refunds.

Because these patterns are printed material, we do not offer refunds. If there is something wrong with your pattern contact us and let us know. We will do what needs to be done to correct the problem.

If something happens to some pages of your pattern and they are lost or ruined, (Spills can happen!) let us know. Contact us and tell us the item number (or artist name), name of the pattern and what pages need to be replaced and we can send them to you! We would hate for you to put a lot of work into something and then not be able to complete it.
