One customer/vistor submission per household. All submissions will be discarded after the end of each drawing. You will need to re-submit your entry each month. An e-mail will be sent to the winner. If there is no response before the next drawing, the offer will be forfeited. Your e-mail address will not be shared with anyone. We won't use it for any purpose other than for this drawing.
